Problems solved

## **Does this sound familiar?**

- **!**Radiology equipment (ultrasound, X-ray, CT) is not connected to a PACS, so images are still stored or read manually.
- **!**Imaging data has not been sent to SATUSEHAT, Indonesia's national health data platform.
- **!**Doctors need a viewer that opens from any computer on the facility network, or from home.
- **!**The previous vendor is hard to reach after installation.

Services

## **What I set up and support**

A PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) stores and displays medical images. I connect your equipment to one, add a viewer, and bridge imaging data to SATUSEHAT, Indonesia's national health data platform operated by the Ministry of Health.

- ### **On-premise PACS setup**

  A PACS server in your facility, so your data stays with you.
- ### **Modality integration**

  Ultrasound, CR/DR X-ray, CT, MRI, C-arm, mammography, and non-DICOM equipment with extra hardware.
- ### **DICOM web viewer**

  Open imaging results in a browser without installing a heavy application.
- ### **MWL and hospital information system (SIMRS) integration**

  Patient data from your SIMRS appears on the radiology equipment, and viewer links open from the medical record.
- ### **ImagingStudy bridging to SATUSEHAT**

  Imaging data sent to SATUSEHAT using the FHIR standard.
- ### **Maintenance and SLA**

  Bug fixes, SATUSEHAT endpoint changes, and technical support with response times written into the contract.

Tested equipment

## **Equipment I have tested**

Radiology integration depends heavily on the brand, model, and firmware version of the equipment. Below is equipment whose connection to a PACS I have tested myself. Tests were done on units deployed at a healthcare facility, not in a certified lab. Results at your site may differ, so I always check your equipment before giving a quote.

Equipment tested for PACS connection

| Type | Brand / model | What was tested | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Digital radiography (DR) X-ray** | E-COM Digital Radiography Operating Console (DROC), White Mountain Imaging | Image sending (C-STORE), worklist (MWL) | Connected to an Orthanc PACS. Tested on a unit deployed at a healthcare facility. Software version not listed. Tested, not certified. |

Is your equipment not in the list? Send the brand and model on WhatsApp. I will first check whether your equipment supports DICOM and what needs to be prepared, free of charge.

How it works

## **From readiness check to go-live**

1. **1**### **Free readiness check**

   Equipment brand, network, and SIMRS in use.
2. **2**### **Written quote**

   Setup details, integration per device, and SLA.
3. **3**### **Installation and integration**

   PACS server, device connection, viewer, and SATUSEHAT bridging.
4. **4**### **Testing and training**

   Testing with real cases at your facility and short training for users.
5. **5**### **Support and maintenance**

   Repair warranty after handover, then an SLA if you continue.

First partner program

## **First partner program**

I am opening cooperation with \[2-3] first clinics or healthcare facilities for radiology integration and SATUSEHAT bridging. In return you get an introductory price and my full attention throughout the process.

### **What you get**

- Introductory price, 50% off setup and implementation.
- Handled directly by me, from the readiness check to support after go-live.
- A written contract, warranty, and SLA identical to those of later clients, with no reduction in service standards.

### **What I ask**

- Honest feedback during the process.
- Permission to describe this experience anonymously (without naming the facility) as a case study.
- A technically ready facility: \[1-3] devices, a clear network, and one person in charge.

FAQ

## **Frequently asked questions**

<details>

<summary>

### What is a PACS?

\+</summary>

A PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) stores, manages, and displays medical images from equipment such as ultrasound, X-ray, and CT. Images are sent from the device in DICOM format, stored on a server, and opened by doctors in a viewer.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### What is SATUSEHAT ImagingStudy bridging?

\+</summary>

It means sending imaging study data from a PACS to SATUSEHAT, the national health data platform owned by Indonesia's Ministry of Health, using the FHIR standard (the ImagingStudy resource). The official requirements and flow follow the Ministry's current rules.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### Is patient data stored on your server?

\+</summary>

No. In an on-premise setup, data stays on your facility's server. I only access the system for installation and support with your permission, and that access is set out in writing in the contract.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### Can it connect to my existing hospital information system (SIMRS)?

\+</summary>

Yes, depending on whether your SIMRS offers a suitable API or interface. I check this during the readiness check, and any fee from your SIMRS vendor is discussed in the quote.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### My equipment is brand \[X]. Will it work?

\+</summary>

Almost all modern radiology equipment supports DICOM, but some features need to be enabled by the equipment vendor. Send the brand and model on WhatsApp and I will check first.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### How long does integration take?

\+</summary>

It depends on the number of devices, network and hardware readiness, and the SIMRS. An estimate is given after the readiness check.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### What support do you provide after installation?

\+</summary>

There is a bug-fix warranty period after handover, then a maintenance contract with an SLA that sets response times by type of facility.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### Do I need a dedicated server?

\+</summary>

Yes, you need a computer or server with minimum specifications and enough storage. Specifications depend on image volume and are given in the quote.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### How is patient data kept secure?

\+</summary>

Responsibilities are shared in writing: the facility manages infrastructure, accounts, and backups, while I handle the software and limited, logged, permission-based remote access. Details are in the data processing agreement.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### Do you have clients?

\+</summary>

CRX Technologies is new and has no client engagements yet. My background is in building and testing DICOM, FHIR, and PACS software in a professional role, and the tested equipment is listed above. For that reason I run a first partner program with an introductory price and a contract as complete as for later clients.

</details>

<details>

<summary>

### What if you are unreachable or unavailable?

\+</summary>

I work with few clients so each one is served well. Full system documentation is handed over, and the SLA sets clear response times. For urgent situations: \[backup partner / emergency procedure I prepare].
